Get to Know Me
- A BRIEF INTRODUCTION -
My name is Paul and I wanted you to get to know me a bit before we meet in person. Let's start with the important bits...
My wife and I just celebrated our fourth anniversary, and we have two wonderful cats named Pabu and Ollie.
Having spent my early years in Portland before moving to Southern California, Ariel and I left the Sunshine State and came home to the Metro area in August of 2020.
My hobbies include, but are not limited to, rock climbing, making music, reading, spending quality time with friends and family, Dungeons & Dragons, and cooking with my air fryer.
I'm an Enneagram Type 9, Myers-Briggs INFJ/ENFJ (depending on how well I sleep), and a Ravenclaw.
So there you have it! I hope this is enough to give you a rough idea about who I am, and I hope I get the opportunity to know you too.
MARRIED
This is my amazing and beautiful wife, Ariel. Wow! We met in college and got married in 2019. She has a passion for social justice and helping underprivileged people. She now works at a high school in Hillsboro as an on-site therapist for kids and families.
FAMILY
Shortly after moving back to Oregon, our little family grew as we adopted two little black cats, Pabu and Ollie. These sweet little ladies quickly made our apartment feel like home, even if they have a bad habit of eating our food.
STOWELL LEARNING CENTER
Here is me and a former student at Stowell Learning Center, working through one of our programs. I loved getting to know my students and helping them along on their path. It was an unspoken goal of mine that each session my student would laugh, make a change, and feel loved and valued for who they are.
HIKING
Here is an obligatory hiking picture to prove that I'm outdoorsy. But in actuality I'm just as happy playing tabletop games inside, watching TV, or sitting with a book in a coffee shop.
A TYPICAL PICTURE
This is a more typical picture that you would find of me. I rarely pose for serious pictures, and I often rebel with things of this nature. This was a picture taken for my college newspaper when I received the honor of being Artist of the Week during my senior year.
